Angela Hartnett has become one of the most high profile women in the restaurant world.
Angela has now won a new legion of new fans via British television, appearing alongside her mentor Gordon Ramsay in ITV’s highly successful series Hell’s Kitchen. In early 2006, Angela was honored to be the only female chosen to appear in The Great British Menu on BBC2 alongside renowned chefs including Marcus Wareing and Michael Caines.
