New series of A Place in the Sun for 2021! – Every weekday at 3pm on Channel 4 A Place In The Sun Live – 7 – 9 May at London, Olympia
The original series of A Place in the Sun was presented by Amanda Lamb and helped British property hunters find their dream homes abroad.
Such was its popularity that in the following years three other series were launched; Winter Sun, Summer Sun and Home or Away? – each one building on the foundations created by the original A Place in the Sun.
We are pleased to say that the original series format is back with some of our favourite presenters, Jasmine Harman, Jonnie Irwin, Laura Hamilton, Danni Menzies, Scarlette Douglas, Ben Hillman and Jean Johannson – we hope you enjoy these episodes!
Unfortunately the 2020 London exhibition did not take place as planned as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. But please mark your calendar for next year when we look forward to welcoming visitors to A Place in the Sun Live at London Olympia with our newly confirmed dates of 7th – 9th May 2021.
All London 2020 tickets are valid for any future A Place in the Sun Live event and all ticket holders are being contacted to advise them of the situation.
London saw the first ever A Place in the Sun Live exhibition in 2005 and we have never looked back with the event taking place every year since. Over 250,000 visitors have been introduced to a world of overseas property and possibility at our London event, with thousands of exhibitors making the trip to the UK to present property portfolios from around the world.
Some of our London visitors are at the beginning of their purchasing journey, others know what they are looking for and come to the exhibition ready to meet agents who can arrange for them to visit a number of properties. In addition to hundreds of overseas property agents and private sellers, our event features a host of service companies providing legal, financial, currency transfer, tax and relocation advice.
The London show will also include face to face interviews with people like you who thought about buying overseas, attended the show and then took the plunge and bought property overseas.
Hear real-life experiences of what’s involved when purchasing property overseas.

The GQ Men Of The Year Awards, now in its 23rd year, is an opportunity to celebrate the men and women who shape the world’s cultural landscape: whether that’s in parliament, fashion houses, Hollywood or sports stadiums across the globe. With this years ceremony unable to go ahead, we look back on our favourite pictures from previous years.
With Goodwood Revival sadly cancelled this year we look back on some of our favourite pictures from previous years and look forward to Goodwood Speedweek.
After much speculation, we’re pleased to reveal that Goodwood Speedweek presented by Mastercard will take place on 16-18 October 2020. The greatest elements of the Festival and Revival will be combined into one unmissable three-day extravaganza, staged behind closed doors at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. With no spectators, Speedweek will be optimised for broadcast and will be transmitted free of charge globally via the website www.goodwood.com, social channels and a range of broadcast partners.
Nothing like Speedweek has been seen before, as organisers bring more than a century of world class motorsport to life to celebrate the legendary feats of speed, courage and endurance that make it the most compelling sport on earth. On the track, the most valuable cars will do battle in the closest, most competitive historic racing in the world, driven by a glittering line-up of famous faces. Embracing the lack of spectators, a dramatic rally competition will see cars go on, over and even under the circuit, the inaugural ‘Goodwood Gymkhana’ will literally take over the venue, going to places that would normally be strictly out of bounds, and a never-to-be-repeated competition will see some of the fastest cars in motorsport history vying for honours in a winner-takes-all shoot-out over one lap. Of course it is the track action we are most excited to see and Speedweek will be doing it bigger, better and louder than ever. The favourite races from the Revival and Members’ Meeting will bring you three days of wheel-to-wheel action in everything from Edwardian aero-engined monsters to glorious ‘60s GTs and gnarly ‘70s saloon cars. There will be action off the track as well with the first-ever Goodwood Gymkhana and a Rally Sprint bringing the action screeching sideways onto your screen. The weekend will culminate in a Speedweek-exclusive Timed Shootout round the challenging 2.4-mile Goodwood Motor Circuit.
